These terms and conditions ("Agreement") serve as a legal agreement between Blossom Events Experts (BEE) and our customers ("Client") regarding the professional event planning and decorating services provided by BEE. By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
BEE specializes in balloon decorations for various events, including weddings, baby showers, kids' birthdays, and milestone celebrations. Our services include conceptualizing, designing, and executing balloon decorations tailored to the unique requirements of each event.
2.1. To secure our services, the Client must provide a deposit, the amount of which will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the services.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the event date.
2.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method mutually agreed upon between BEE and the Client.
3.1. The Client shall provide all necessary details regarding the event, including the date, time, venue, theme, color scheme, and any specific design or decoration requirements.
3.2. Any changes or additions to the event details must be communicated to BEE as soon as possible. Depending on the extent of the changes, additional charges may apply.
4.1. In the event of a cancellation by the Client more than three days before the scheduled event, the deposit will be forfeited.
4.2. If the event is canceled within three days of the scheduled date, the Client will be liable to pay the full agreed-upon amount.
4.3. All deposits and payments made by the Client are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.1. BEE will deliver and set up the balloon decorations at the agreed-upon time and location.
5.2. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure access to the venue at the designated time for setup and removal. Any delays or difficulties in accessing the venue may result in additional charges.
5.3. BEE shall not be held liable for any damage or injury caused by the balloon decorations once they have been set up.
6.1. All designs, concepts, and ideas created by BEE for the Client's event are the intellectual property of BEE and may not be replicated, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without prior written consent.
6.2. BEE reserves the right to use photographs and videos of the event decorations for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
7.1. BEE will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services but will not be held responsible for any issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or changes in the event schedule.
7.2. BEE's liability for any direct or indirect damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
BEE acknowledges that any information shared by the Client regarding the event, including personal and contact details, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By engaging in our professional event planning and decorating services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
